Site-based Knock Downs and Product Testing

As a commercial-scale manufacturer, we are proud to be able to provide specialized, product assembly and delivery services that increase customer convenience, satisfaction and value. Large-scale project sites may have mechanical installations happening simultaneously over an area equivalent to several city blocks. Our detail-oriented professionals pallet client requests for product knock-downs organized to be distributed on their project sites.

When a system component is designed and commissioned as project material, sometimes, neither a fabrication test nor a product integrity test have been performed. We provide those services; and, for large components, it is not uncommon that the product is knocked down into pieces optimized for field assembly.

For products that do not require testing, but are more efficiently partially-assembled in the field, we provide knocked-down versions of typical and unique fabricated components along with in-house manufactured, standard rectangular, round and spiral duct, palleted and packaged for delivery to specific, project-site zones, which may be a numbered room, a roof-access point, stairwell, ect..
